Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Most pieces are individually made and require a 3-4 week production and shipping window*. Clientcare@itajewelry.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

At this time, İTÄ can only offer shipping to the United States, including Puerto Rico, and Turkey. If you are based in the San Juan Metropolitan or Istanbul, Turkey areas, please feel free to email us at clientcare@itajewelry.com to discuss expedited messenger options. We wish to accommodate our customers’ delivery requests if it is in our ability.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Ground Shipping – Free
  • 2nd Day Air** - $45 
  • Overnight** - $70

*rate for Hawaii & Alaska Varies

For added security, we require a signature for all orders.

itajewelry.com does not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays. Certain orders may encounter delays due to Turkish holidays. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
