Where is ITÄ located?
ITÄ is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico and our production ateliers are in Istanbul, Turkey. We currently do not have a physical store or showroom.
How can I view the collection?
The entirety of our collection is available on our website itajewelry.com. If you wish to see the pieces in person, we also offer a try-at-home service in addition to virtual appointments. If you wish to schedule a virtual appointment please contact us here. Select ITÄ pieces are also available at selected exclusive retailers. See a list of current stockists here.
What materials does ITÄ use?
ITÄ pieces are crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold with precious and/or semi-precious gemstones. Some pieces feature hand-crafted enamel.
We may from time to time create pieces with silver chains or silver base. Please read our product descriptions carefully for details on composition.
What payment methods can I use?
Our payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, ApplePay, Google Pay, ATH Móvil Business, Venmo Business, Shopify Installments and Bank Deposit.
What are the shipping and availability timeframes?
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Most pieces are individually made and require a 3-4 week shipping window. If the piece you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched within 48 hours (business days). If you live in Puerto Rico or Turkey, local messenger delivery is available. For orders within the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, we choose 2-day shipping in the case of Fedex or 3-day priority shipping in the case of USPS. We wish to accommodate our customers’ delivery requests if it is in our ability and hope to offer international shipping very soon. For more information please contact us here.
If I don't like my online purchase how can I return it?
If you want to return your purchase you can do so within 15 days after the order has been delivered to the delivery address.
Please contact us here and we will arrange a collection or in the case of an exchange, we'd be happy to assist. If you would like a refund we will process the refund back to the original form of payment.
Does ITÄ ever have sales markdowns?
