Enamel
If your ITÄ piece has enamel please keep it away from extreme cold or heat to avoid potential melting or cracking.
Chains
Like most fine chains, our chains can be delicate and should be treated carefully. Do not pull or tug on them.
14K gold, diamonds & gemstones
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing İTÄ jewelry. These harsh chemicals may cause the precious metals to tarnish. If needed, clean in cool water to remove the oils from daily wear. We only recommend an at-home ultrasonic cleaner if your piece does not have any stones as these cleaners can cause the prongs that hold the stones to open. We recommend a periodic professional cleaning for all our pieces.
Precious & Semiprecious Beaded Strands
Put on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and remove it before swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping. Even with perfect care, the cord stretches and wears with time. When storing, lay your beaded strand flat, as hanging it can stretch the cord. Some softer stones like turquoise, lapis, malachite, opal and pearl are porous; keep them away from water and cosmetics.
Storing your piece
