Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within seven (7) days of receipt for all fine jewelry in original condition. Items must be without wear and in as-shipped condition. In order to start the exchange process, please send us an email at clientcare@itajewelry.com. Requests for returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we feel, for any reason that the request is not reasonable, we will not accept the return. Please note that all pieces purchased through our Sample Sale are final sale. In the case of international purchases shipped to addresses where payment of duties was required, ITÄ does not have the ability to refund any duties/taxes associated with that payment. All returns involve a five percent (5%) restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is placed.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at clientcare@itajewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
