Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Most pieces are individually made and require a 3-4 week shipping window*. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Clientcare@itajewelry.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
İTÄ offers shipping worldwide. Deliveries outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or Turkey may be subject to local import taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver where they apply. ITÄ is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments.
We are able to offer special rates for shipping to the 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Turkey. If you are based in the San Juan Metropolitan or Istanbul, Turkey areas, please feel free to email us at clientcare@itajewelry.com to discuss expedited messenger options. Prices will be quoted upon request. We wish to accommodate our customers’ delivery requests if it is in our ability. International shipping is offered via DHL Express at a flat-rate cost of $75.
For added security, packages may be insured and we require a signature for all orders. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order is shipped. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order to you. Items shipped to the U.S. and international destinations are shipped from Puerto Rico. Items with delivery address in Turkey are shipped from Turkey.
itajewelry.com does not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses when using mail methods other than USPS.
