“Mi pequeña joya de oro”
Countless beads and objects crafted by the first inhabitants have been found scattered across the Caribbean. Some traveled from as far as South America centuries ago. Others were made right where we stand today. Each bead is distinct, with incisions and patterns that reflect the maker’s environment and beliefs–and each have a story to tell. We've honored these designs with a series of beads we call “Yarí” which is believed to translate to “small jewel of gold”.
