We accept exchanges within seven (7) days of receipt for all fine jewelry in original condition. Items must be without wear and in as-shipped condition. In order to start the exchange process, please send us an email at clientcare@itajewelry.com. Requests for returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we feel, for any reason that the request is not reasonable, we will not accept the return.
